These are the milestones you can expect when investing with us. We aim to complete the first 4 steps within 45 days, and send you your first monthly check on the 90th day after your initial investment.
- Step 1: Complete Investor Sign-up Form (Day 1)
- Step 2: Sign Investment Agreement (Day 2)
- Step 3: Deposit into Escrow $5,000 per property (Day 5)
- Step 4: Finance / Close / Rehab Property (Day 6-45)
- Step 5: Receive Monthly Checks (Day 90)
